Curating events to perfection!

Our office has always had small holiday parties, but we wanted to do something bigger this year. My co-workers and I tried to planning it on our own event, but realized we needed a professional. We reached out to Graceful Productions and with less than a month’s notice, they put an amazing event together. Everyone in the office had an amazing time and was much more engaged. Graceful Productions made the process seamless and I can’t wait to see what they do at our next holiday party!

I had a great experience working with Yele at Graceful Productions for my event. It was very well executed and she kept me at ease throughout the whole process. We began with going over my general concept and vision. Yele gave me the freedom to discuss my ideas and provided me with great vendor options that were within my budget. She paid very close attention to detail and reminded me of elements that I needed, which I didn’t even think of myself. She checked in with me frequently and all items on my checklist were delivered as per the agreed upon timeline. I was blown away by the whole process and was especially taken away by the end product, and of course the DECOR! I will most definitely reuse her services in the future and highly recommend!

I could not be happier with our wedding that Graceful Productions helped plan and design. When I initially reached out, I was overwhelmed by all the things I had to get done for our wedding. After one call with Yele, I felt so at ease. She provided me with a breakdown of all the things we needed to get done and the timeline each set of tasks were supposed to be completed by to make it more manageable. Anytime things didn’t go according to plan, Yele had a solution and kept my stress levels down. She went above and beyond for us and our wedding day was spectacular because of her and her team. I often find myself reminiscing about our wedding and I still get calls from guests about how we need to throw another event.
